Climate Action Plan White Paper

A Climate Action Plan is T.H.R.I.V.E.’s 3rd White Paper. We chose the climate crisis because not only is it negatively impacting the entire world it’s also doing real damage in Essex County. Our town council recognized its dangers back in November 2019 when it declared a Climate Emergency. Unfortunately council has taken no action.  We believe even small Amherstburg needs to do its part so we are recommending a test that involves planting trees.  Please read our White Paper and tell us what you think by completing the survey linked below.
